Prayer

Here at Woodbury Community Church, we believe in the power of prayer. Throughout the Bible, in the Old and New Testaments, God's people have always been called to be people who pray.

Prayer Requests

Do you have a prayer request? If so, our prayer team would love to pray for you. If you would like prayer after a service on Sunday morning there is always a prayer ministry team member ready to pray with you. Our prayer team members wear name tags that say prayer on them, and there is also a prayer team member in the front of the sanctuary after the service. If you would like prayer immediately, please fill out the prayer request form below. Our prayer team will be praying for your requests right away.

Prayer Team

While all Christians are called to be men and women of prayer...

We also have a prayer team for those needing prayer on Sundays and other stuff as well.

Prayer Gatherings

There are many prayer gatherings that take place at WCC or around our community. Here are a few:

Small Groups - All of our small groups make prayer a priority. Part of living together in community means praying for each other. Being connected with brothers and sisters in Christ who gather with you on a regular basis, care about you, and pray for you makes a difference. If you haven't joined a small group, check out our small groups page for more information on how you can get connected.

Moms In Prayer - Get plugged into a group praying specifically for children in neighborhood schools. For more information contact Jessica Gossman .

Woodbury Area Prayer Breakfast - This annual prayer breakfast is modeled after the National Prayer Breakfast. Join 500 others as we come together for another inspirational morning. We gather in gratitude for the blessings Christ has given unto us. We pray to God, "grant wisdom to our community leaders, family, military and politicians." This event happens on the first Tuesday of May each year.  Join in this year on Facebook Live on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 7 am.

Unite National Day of Prayer - This annual event takes place on the evening of the National Day of Prayer at the University of Minnesota's Mariucci Arena. There is no cost for this event. Join thousands of other Christians for the largest prayer gathering in the United States.
